You keep hoping.
Modes will represent weather conditions if anything.
What, can't stand a bit of change?

I don't mind change, but I rather see some equality for the games, if a judge can choose the modes himself he can be a total douchebag to people he doesn't like. I can't see it as very fair if some teams get elimination while others do, as you lose the opportunity to play after the game if you died in it and didn't rez

Elimination won't be used. No modes that affect the flow of the tournament, only ones that affect the flow of the game. I recommend you train a few games with some of the more extreme modes, just in case.

I'm just hoping their is a somewhat standard set of rules which are put into every game, unless the teams participating disagree(much like what Skamigo said) eg. -no boats and -no trade boats? Pretty much for balance issues.

No.
As long as boats are still in the game, they're part of itt. If you consider them imbalanced take it up with rusty before 2.50 comes out.

I would tread carefully were I you Toxic. People don't come to tournaments to play with random modes you feel like making. They expect modes that make fun and actionfilled games, not modes where they have to sit around their camp 50% of the game because you put panic, double and famine as modes.

That being said I expect you do all this to make it work better with your visualisation of ITT which I find to be an interesting idea. But don't overdo it.

I said a "system", not "slap random crazy modes on it, make the game impossible."
It'll be balanced in a skewed way. Some games will be -lavish -rb160, -fast
some games will be -cold, -no boats. The team will have to figure out the best strategy to deal with the particular modes on the fly, but none of the modes will ever be outrageous to the point that the gameplay is ruined.

Gators and panthers were nerfed. I'll say 80% of games will be -no boats, but I'll throw you bitches some curveballs.

Rather than "some games", make it "rounds" so that all the clans will have the same modes in one round (unless it's a challenge).

Nope. Then whoever goes first has a disadvantage, everyone after that can find out the modes and train for that specific mode.
There will be no "rounds."
If boats were made to only move when they have a guy in them, then making them easy to make might work.
